This beer is similar to a Fullers ESB or a British Strong Bitter. If you don't like hoppy/bitter beers, don't let the

word 'bitter' in 'Extra Special Bitter' throw you off. English bitters are nowhere near as bitter as American styles.

In fact, this ESB (like most English style beers) is all about balance. It's only bitter enough to balance the malt

backbone. A flavorful, yet refreshing, session beer. Drinkability is a critical component of the style.
