All-Grain Hands-on Brewing Instruction

Up to six adults per session. An informative hands-on brewing instruction. I will choose the beer style ahead of time and announce prior to the session. Includes a small snack and beverage during the session. Disclaimer: For legal reasons, the sampling of beer is complimentary and not included in the price. 
$25 dollars per adult, 21 and up only.

Brew YOUR Own Beer

In this session, we will brew YOUR beer together with as much or as little hands-on as you wish. This is a full-service package where I will work directly with you to select the beer style, recipe, and the purchase of all ingredients (sold separately). I will provide assistance and beer knowledge as we work through the brewing process from strike to pitch. After the brewing session, I will store and monitor YOUR beer throughout fermentation right up to bottling or kegging. At this point, we will schedule a second session in which you will return for a bottling or kegging session (customer to provide bottles or keg) and complete final packaging. $150 dollars, 21 and up only.

Private Session - For those with some experience

Ready to step up to all-electric and all-grain brewing and have some experience, or are you already proficient with all-grain brewing and just need a place to brew without the hassle of setup, cleaning and sanitization? Then this is the package for you. The fee includes the use of equipment, water, electricity, and water chemistry supplies. The brewer needs to provide all brewing ingredients (milled grain, hops, yeast and primary fermentation vessel and airlock). I will also provide complimentary snacks and beverages during the session and provide technical assistance and guidance on the proper use of the equipment to ensure a successful final product. Bring along some friends (limit 6) or keep it to yourself; your choice. $100 per session, 21 and up only.
